TERRI LOUSIGNONT:
Her first profession as a registered nurse brought her to Portland, Oregon, where she met her husband, Terry. They moved to Fairbanks, Alaska then to Anchorage, while raising four children. In 1978, She obtained her Real Estate License, after a career in nursing. Terri and Terry enjoyed working as a team, finding the combination to be a fun way to succeed. Their move to Arizona in 1986 shows they know The Valley of the Sun as they have watched it change and grow. They have always felt that continuing education in any profession is vital in our fast changing world. The confidence their sellers and buyers have keeps her always striving to do better. Obtaining various designations through the industry also demonstrates to other agents that she is competent in their profession. Many times, referrals come from out of state because of their designations and networking efforts.

KARLENE LOUSIGNONT:
Karlene has a BA in Finance and is a licensed realtor and the team’s business coordinator. She tracks the sales process so that services are efficient and thorough for the buying and selling escrow process. Since so much of the agent's time is spent in the field working with buyers and sellers directly, she is the one who knows who you need to speak with to resolve inquiries and problems.
The second part of her responsibility is to gather data needed for sales analysis, to enter all the data on a daily basis and make sure all sales transactions are handled smoothly.
When you call the office, if Karlene is on the phone, leave a detailed message on the voice mail system. Often Karlene can find the answer for you before she calls you back.

TERRY LOUSIGNONT:
Terry’s background is as a commercial airline pilot and simulator instructor. He first obtained his Real Estate License in Fairbanks, Alaska then relocated and continued with real estate in Anchorage together with Terri. Currently he is secondary coordinator with responsibilities that support our clients through Karlene.
